SHIPPING TIME TO ITALY
We can't wait to ship your order! If you complete it by 12:00 PM from Monday to Friday, we’ll ship it the same day. Otherwise, we’ll send it the next day, and it will arrive at your home within 24/48 hours (a little extra patience is needed if you live in the south or on the islands). If you pay by bank transfer, the delivery time starts from the moment we receive your payment.
For example, if you order on Monday, we ship on Monday itself or Tuesday if you order after 12:00 PM. If you live in Rome, you will receive your order by Wednesday; if in Palermo, by Thursday.
As soon as we ship your package, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link to follow your shipment. Deliveries can take place throughout the day, so keep an eye on the email with the tracking link we’ll send you. You can always check the status of your order in your account section under "Order Details".
We’ll also send you an email with instructions on what to do at the time of delivery, especially if you notice something wrong. Please read it carefully!
Once you receive your package, check its contents immediately. After three days from delivery, we won’t be able to accept claims. And if you need assistance, feel free to contact us—we’re here to help!
HOME DELIVERY (FREE from €79)
HOME DELIVERY OR PICK-UP POINT: HOW IT WORKS
Delivery is free for orders over €79 with POSTE. You can choose home delivery with POSTE or pick-up at a Poste network collection point (this could be a Post Office or a Poste Point). For orders under €79, delivery costs €5.90.

IMPORTANT! If you choose delivery to a Poste Point or Post Office, please note the strict weight and size limits:
- Poste Point: max weight 15 kg (including packaging), max dimensions 56x37x36 cm
- Post Office: max weight 30 kg per parcel (including packaging, up to 6 parcels) and a maximum total size of 150 cm (sum of all three sides).
If your order exceeds these limits, we will contact you to modify the delivery address.
If you prefer us to entrust your order to another courier, such as GLS, the additional cost for the chosen courier will be indicated at checkout.
>> If you wish, you can redirect the shipment to a Poste collection point, a Post Office, or a GLS Point. You can do this yourself via the shipping email you will receive.

IMPORTANT! If you live on a minor island or in a remote area, an additional fee of €6.10 (including VAT) will be applied, regardless of the chosen courier or order amount.
Minor islands include all islands except Sicily and Sardinia, while remote areas include places like the Venice Lagoon. To check if your location is considered remote, you can consult the detailed list. You can transparently verify if your address is subject to these additional charges.
If your address is in a remote area, an additional charge of €5 + VAT will automatically be applied to the total shipping costs during checkout.
Another important note: if you apply any discount (including the welcome discount) and your cart total drops below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges will apply.
P.S. To get both the discount and free shipping, make sure your discounted total exceeds the minimum threshold for free shipping.
HOW TO REDIRECT YOUR DELIVERY TO A POSTE POINT OR POST OFFICE
If you chose delivery with Poste Italiane, you will receive an email like this directly from Poste. From there, you can easily reschedule delivery and select a Poste Point or Post Office near you to collect your package at your convenience. Just click 'Personalize delivery' and follow the instructions to modify the destination!
Two things to keep in mind: the sender will be listed as Sibicom srl and not Paco because this is our company name; if the first delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or non-existent address, you will not receive this email. In that case, contact us via WhatsApp at 3518877872 or email us at [email protected]—we’ll be happy to help! :)
DELIVERY TO PACO'S STORE (FREE ALWAYS)
If you live in Turin or would like to visit us in-store, you can pick up your order at the Paco store in Turin, located at Via Giordano Bruno 158/B, open from Monday to Saturday.
If you choose this delivery option, your order will be available for pick-up within 7 days! If you need any additional information, feel free to contact us at +39 3518877872.
There are never any shipping costs, but cash on delivery is not available.
NOTES FOR DELIVERY
DELIVERY NOTES
We are always here to help, but for a smooth delivery, remember to:
- provide the exact street number and the specific area postal code (not the general city code)
- accurately specify the surname or the number displayed on the doorbell of your residence
- if it is a workplace, include the company name
- provide a phone number where the courier or we can contact you
For cash on delivery payments, prepare the exact amount, as the courier has very limited change (or none at all!).
Keep in mind that the courier WILL NOT call you to notify you of their arrival (if they do, it is at their own discretion!). If you need information on the estimated delivery date or time, check the tracking link sent via email or contact us.
The shipping confirmation email we sent contains instructions on what to do upon delivery—please read it carefully.
If, for any reason, you decide to refuse the delivery and not collect your order, let us know. We will refund you, but we will deduct the shipping and handling costs we incurred, amounting to €15 including VAT.

If you live abroad, we are happy to have you on Paco! We ship to more than 15 European countries.
Delivery takes a little longer, arriving within 3-6 days depending on the destination.
The total weight of your order cannot exceed 25 kg, and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and are displayed before completing the order.
The shipping cost is €24.90 for all European destinations.
