The order will be processed and shipped as soon as the transfer in full balance of the order is credited to the account specified by SIBICOM Srl for payment. No additional charge.

It is possible to use bank transfer as a means of payment only for transfers from EEA (European Economic Area) countries, i.e. all countries of the European Community as well as Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein)

It is not necessary to have a PayPal account and does not incur any additional fees.

Satispay

Satispay is the free app for paying at participating physical and online stores, making phone top-ups and sending money to contacts in your phone book.

Pay online at PacoPetShop with Satispay without entering your card information. Select your purchase, confirm it through the app, and you're done.

Amazon Pay

Thanks to the Amazon Pay payment method, you can use your Amazon account to buy on Paco as well. The system allows you to pay securely after entering your Amazon account user name and password.

The transaction is then completed using the linked payment information and shipping address (you can change the shipping address if you need to).

You will not have to type in your credit card number.

Cash on Delivery

It is possible to pay on delivery orders with a minimum amount of 30 euros (including vat, excluding shipping costs).

Payment on delivery incurs an additional charge of 2.90 euros regardless of the amount of the order.

It is advisable to prepare exact money so that the courier is not required to give change.

We do NOT ship cash on delivery for amounts over 150€.
