With reference to the Applicable Legislation, you are hereby notified that the Data Controller is Sibicom whose data can be found on the website on the Home Page and/or other web pages thereof.

2. PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT TO PROCESSING

"Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more characteristic elements of his/her physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

The Personal Data collected by the Site are as follows:

a. Browsing Data

The Site's computer systems collect some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with you, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow you to be identified. Among these are the IP addresses or domain names of the devices used to connect you to the Site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to your operating system and computer environment.

In this sense, you confer on this point the widest indemnity with respect to any dispute, claim, request for compensation for damages from processing, etc. that may be received by Sibicom from third parties whose Personal Data have been processed through your use of the Site in violation of the Applicable Regulations.

3. PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS AND MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF PROCESSING

The Personal Data you provide through the Site will be processed by Sibicom for the following purposes:

(a) purposes inherent to the execution of a contract to which you are a party or to the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (e.g.: contact request through the Contact form or e-mail, registration to the newsletter service, etc.);

b) purposes of statistical research/analysis on aggregated or anonymous data, without therefore the possibility of identifying you, aimed at measuring the functioning of the Site, measuring traffic and assessing usability and interest;

c) purposes related to the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which Sibicom is subject;

d) purposes necessary to establish, exercise or defend a right in court or whenever judicial authorities exercise their jurisdictional functions.

The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data for the purposes referred to in point a) is the provision of a service or response to a request that does not require consent under the Applicable Legislation.

The purpose set forth in point b) does not involve the processing of Personal Data, while the purpose set forth in point d) is a legitimate processing of Personal Data within the meaning of the Applicable Legislation because, once Personal Data is provided, the processing is indeed necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which Sibicom is subject.

Providing your Personal Data for the purposes listed above is optional, but failure to provide it may make it impossible to respond to your request or fulfill a legal obligation to which Sibicom is subject.

4. METHODS.

1. Tools and Logics. In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the processing is carried out by means of manual, computer and telematic tools with logics strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves and with the commitment on your part to promptly notify us of any corrections, modifications and updates. Said processing may be carried out on behalf of the Data Controller for the purposes and in the manner described above and in compliance with appropriate criteria to ensure security and confidentiality, by companies, studies, entities and external collaborators appointed as Data Processors and only with regard to the processing carried out by them.

2. Special categories of data. None of your personal data at the Data Controller fall under the definition of "Special Categories of Data" of Article 9 of the EU Regulation 2016/679. In the event that any such data is transmitted to us by you, in the absence of your explicit written consent we will delete it immediately.

5. DESTINATORS

Your Personal Data may be shared, for the purposes specified in Section 3, with:

a. parties necessary for the provision of the services offered by the Site, including without limitation the sending of e-mail and analysis of the operation of the Site who typically act as Sibicom's data processors;

b. persons authorized by Sibicom to process Personal Data who have committed to confidentiality or have an appropriate legal duty of confidentiality; (e.g., employees and contractors of Sibicom); (a. and b. are collectively "Recipients");

c. judicial authorities in the exercise of their functions when required by Applicable Law.

6. TRANSFERS

Some of your Personal Data is transferred to Recipients who may be located outside the European Economic Area. Sibicom ensures that electronic and paper processing of your Personal Data by Recipients is done in compliance with Applicable Law. Indeed, transfers are alternatively based on an adequacy decision or Standard Model Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. DATA RETENTION.

Sibicom will process your Personal Data for as long as is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes set forth in Section 3. By way of example, Sibicom will retain your Personal Data for the newsletter service until you decide to unsubscribe from the service. Notwithstanding the above, Sibicom will process your Personal Data for as long as permitted by Italian law to protect its interests (Art. 2947(1)(3) c.c.). 8. YOUR RIGHTS.

Within the limits of the Applicable Legislation, you have the right to request from Sibicom, at any time, access to your Personal Data, rectification or deletion thereof or to object to its processing, restriction of processing as well as to obtain in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the data concerning you.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 25/05/2018, Sibicom reserves the right to modify or simply update its content, in part or completely, including due to changes in Applicable Legislation. Sibicom will inform you of such changes as soon as they are introduced and will be binding as soon as they are posted on the Site.
