- Mild to moderate stages of heart failure, including asymptomatic
- Advanced stages of heart failure
Other indications:

- Feline idiopathic cystitis (FIC)
Not recommended for:
Growing kittens, pregnant or lactating females .
Patients in whom urinary acidifiers are being administered.
