Royal Canin Hypoallergenic for Dogs is a complete food in which hydrolyzed protein appears among the first three ingredients on the label (with a percentage, if indicated, of not less than 10 percent) or constitutes at least 10 percent of the food composition.

HYDROLIZED PROTEIN

Hydrolysis is a process that reduces the ability of proteins to induce food allergies and intolerances. In Hypoallergenic, the main source of protein is hydrolyzed soy protein isolate, which greatly lowers the possibility of the product triggering food allergies or intolerances.

SKIN BARRIER.

High amounts of vitamins, including biotin, pantothenic acid, nicotinamide, choline, and inositol to reduce dehydration through the skin and strengthen the barrier effect of the skin.

EPA/DHA-FATTY ACIDS

Eicosapentaenoic (EPA) and docosahexaeonoic (DHA) acids, long-chain omega-3 fatty acids, modulate skin inflammatory reactions and contribute to the maintenance of intestinal mucosal integrity.
