Innovet Restomyl Supplement for Cats

Restomyl Supplement is a nutritional support for cat oral health. It prevents the formation and adhesion of plaque on the tooth surface, improving breath and slowing the deposition of tartar.

Bad breath (technically referred to as halitosis) in cats, is often related to oral hygiene problems. Unlike other plaque control measures, Restomyl® Supplement works systemically. In fact, it contains a special brown seaweed (Ascophyllum nodosum), the use of which has been patented and whose benefits on oral health have been demonstrated specifically in the pet.

Brown seaweed is absorbed after oral administration and, through circulation, reaches the salivary glands to concentrate in saliva. Here it prevents the growth on the tooth surface of the bacterial component of plaque and reduces tartar deposition. The first sign of improved oral health is the disappearance of bad breath.

Administration

Starting from the appearance of permanent teeth, administer Restomyl® Supplement, mixed with food (dry or wet), at the daily amounts given in the table. To be used daily for long periods. Results generally occur from the 3rd week of use.

Restomyl® Supplement can be given alternately with Restomyl® Dentalcroc.
