MECHANISM OF ACTION OF FARMINA VET LIFE STRUVITE FOR CATS
The low concentrations of protein, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium in Farmina Vet Life Struvite for Cats generate an unfavorable environment for crystal aggregation and precipitation. Added DL-methionine induces and maintains an acidic urinary pH, promoting stone dissolution and inhibiting stone neoformation.
It also creates an unfavorable environment for bacterial proliferation.
COMPOSITION OF FARMINA VET LIFE STRUVITE FOR CATS.
Corn gluten, rice, dehydrated chicken meat, oats, animal fat, hydrolyzed animal protein, dehydrated whole eggs, fish oil, dehydrated fish, potassium chloride, vegetable oil, calcium sulfate dihydrate, calcium carbonate, inulin, fructooligosaccharides, mannanoligosaccharides, sodium chloride, Marigold flower extract (source of lutein). Protein sources: corn gluten, dehydrated chicken meat, hydrolyzed fish and chicken protein, eggs, fish. Urine acidifiers: DL-methionine (7g/kg), calcium sulfate dihydrate (5g/kg).

INDICATIONS FOR USE OF FARMINA VET LIFE STRUVITE FOR CATS.
Before use, and before extending the period of use, it is recommended to seek the advice of the veterinary doctor.
Recommended period of use: 5 to 12 weeks in case of dissolution of struvite stones.
Serve as is the daily amount given in the table, adjust according to the shape weight to be maintained by the cat.
The dose can be divided into two or more meals per day.
Always ensure fresh, clean water is available to the cat.
